However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Data Retention

  • Call Detail Records: Retained for 12 months for billing and regulatory purposes
  • Voicemail Recordings: Stored until deleted by user or account termination + 30 days
  • Call Recordings: Retained based on your settings, up to 12 months
  • Account Information: Maintained for duration of service + 3 years for tax compliance
  • Payment Records: Kept for 7 years per IRS requirements

8. Your Privacy Rights

8.1 Access and Correction

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information in our possession
  • Request corrections to inaccurate data
  • Export your call detail records and usage data

8.2 Data Deletion

Upon account termination, you may request deletion of your personal data. Note that we must retain certain records for regulatory compliance even after service cancellation.

OneRate primarily operates in the United States and Canada. Your information may be stored and processed in data centers located in these countries. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
